Our planned maintenance and re-certification package provides a scheduled visit to undertake a full range of testing to industry standards, along with any necessary repairs and adjustments. This ensures all equipment is maintained and disruption to production schedules through failure is kept to a minimum.

  • All test performed in accordance with industry standard testing requirements and recorded on Quality Controlled Documents
  • Certificate of Conformity issued on all equipment tested in accordance with Health and Safety records
  • Pre-planned co-ordinated visits to ensure minimum disruption to production schedules.
  • Clear reports on findings
  • All examination, maintenance and testing carried out by trained professionals using calibrated instruments
  • Honest assessments of equipment with recommendations on upgrades
  • Additional Operator Exposure Level Testing can be offered when required

Our After Sales Service department believes that the customer requires a one stop solution that will cover all the areas of preventative maintenance and servicing requirements for the whole site. Our comprehensive and competitive service offers a full validated package not only to our own equipment but to a full range of other manufacturer’s different types of LEV and containment equipment. Our dedicated service engineers are trained to the highest level in airflows, calibration, filter DOP testing, particle counting -to name a few – backed up with a comprehensive stock of recommended spare parts.

Aligned with our certified documentation and quality system that holds service records for 7 years for auditing purposes give the customer peace of mind that they are fully compliant in every aspect of the on-going maintenance and serving of their LEV equipment.
