Extract achieves the Silver standard of Investors in People certification
Extract Technology is extremely proud to announce its achievement on being accredited to the Investors in People (IIP) Silver standard.
The business had previously held the IIP bronze standard for the last three years.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through good people management.
Internationally recognised, the standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.
The standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and a framework which reflects the very latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.
Alan Wainwright, Managing Director, commented:
“We fully recognise the strength of the business is our people and the ability to take a client’s concept and through our teams deliver to a customer’s site a fully validated world class product.
We are absolutely delighted to be awarded the Silver Standard for Investors in People, particularly given this new standard is even tougher and more rigorous than the previous standard. The Investors in People framework and latest assessment report aligns really well to our vision of engagement, continuous improvement and growth.
Particularly pleasing is the learning taken from our previous assessment and how this has been acted upon in terms of tangible improvements for our business.
Achieving the Silver standard is really down to everyone’s hard work, commitment and teamwork.”
