The Tom Walsh Award

Each year, Extract Technology celebrate the life of our friend and colleague Tom Walsh, who sadly passed away three years ago.

The Tom Walsh Award gives us the opportunity to recognise those colleagues that, like Tom had gone above and beyond the expectations of their role and stand out among their peers.

This year we’re pleased to announce our winners – Simone Oldroyd and Max Elliott

Simone has very much been a ‘go to’ person this year and as the workload and demands on the business have increased, she has absolutely gone above and beyond. She’s supported a number of areas of the business, and has a great relationship with the rest of the team, and the wider business.

Max has been working on a particularly challenging project this year and it has been great to see his growth and development within the business. Max is still learning his trade and does so with a positive attitude. He brings a lot to the team and supports his colleagues, and is very well thought of and respected.

We’re so proud of them, the work they have done this year and the way they have consistently lived Team Extract Values.
