Extract Technology joins the 99ers

A new partnership was made recently by Extract Technology and a local charity, Forget Me Not Children Hospice.
Backing the company’s initiative to support more community outreach programmes, Extract chose to aid Forget Me Not and the wonderful and inspiring work the foundation has been doing for years.
A moving presentation initiating the relationship delivered by Emma Kovaleski, Head of Corporate Fundraising inspired Extract staff to try and find a way to get involved, whether by volunteering, participating in events or simply fundraising.
Last Thursday a dedicated team consisting of the Financial Director Jason Armitage, HR Officer Jaime Larder and Business Admin & Receptionist Hannah Dickinson visited the Russell House to pick up the 99 Business Club membership certificate.
Extract’s Finance Director Jason Armitage explains why we chose Forget me Not:
“Extract Technology is a leading worldwide supplier of containment, aseptic and mobile cleanroom systems for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech and chemical markets. Based in Huddersfield, we have over 80 employees, many of whom reside in Huddersfield and the surrounding area. We have being looking to partner with a local charity so that we can put something back into the community in which we are based. I attended a charity event promoting the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and the fantastic care they provide and decided this was a charity we as a Company should support. After visiting the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and seeing first-hand the passionate and enthusiastic team Extract Technology Ltd made the decision to join the 99ers Business Club and make Forget me Not our charity of choice.”
Jaime Larder comments:
“We appreciate this fantastic opportunity on working with such an inspiring local charity. All the fundraising events and volunteering opportunities will not only benefit the children of the Forget Me Not Trust but will provide the staff of Extract Technology with great team building skills, as well as self-development.We look forward to working with the team at the Forget Me Not Trust and establishing an everlasting partnership.”
